PH Chargé d’Affaires to Libya Gabriola  Presents Open Letter of Credence to Director of Protocol Salah Al-Ragi’e

TRIPOLI 03 October 2022 — Newly-arrived Head of the Philippine Embassy in Tripoli, Chargé d’Affaires, en pied Alan Roi Quilino Gabriola presented his open Letter of Credence to Director of Protocol Salah Al-Ragi’e on 29 September 2022.

In the meeting that followed, the two discussed the cordial relations between the two countries, and the welfare of the Filipinos in Libya. Close to 2,300 Filipinos—mostly professionals—are working in Libya’s medical and oil sectors. END
