09 June 2014 - The Philippine Embassy in Doha, State of Qatar participated in the Bowling Tournament of the ASEAN Committee in Doha (ACD) last June 07 at the Qatar Bowling Center. 

Philippine Ambassador Crescente Relacion was the champion in the Heads of Mission Division.  Also, a Philippine Embassy team composed of Sagusara Launto, Richard Billedo, Melvin dela Paz, Walter Villalobos and Agnes Adaya was the runner-up in the group category.

ACD since its establishment on December 12, 2011 has organized activities to foster camaraderie among the ASEAN Missions in Doha. Currently, there are seven ASEAN resident embassies in Doha, namely, the Philippines, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.  END
