HONOLULU 07 November 2022 - Acting Head of Post Grace Bulos  received Philippine Army officers Major Wellard Maquida, Ltc. Jay Baquiran, AFP Assistant Liaison Officer to USINDOPACOM, Captain Aldrin Doctor, AFP Liaison Officer to USINDOPACOM, Col. Emmanuel Cabasan, Col. James Fernando, Col. Samuel Yunque and Col. Bernardo Taqueban at the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu on 3 November 2022. The group is  part of the 103-strong Philippine Army contingent, which is participating in the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC) Rotation from 20 October to 10 November.  

JPMRC Rotation 23-01 provides its participants with realistic training designed to build readiness and enhance interoperability throughout the Indo-Pacific region.  This year’s iteration includes more than 6,000 Soldiers from across the US 25th Infantry Division and more than 350 soldiers from three participating units from the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia, and observer nations, including Australia, French Caledonia, Bangladesh, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mongolia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
