Bangkok tourism campaign1

11 July 2013 - On the heels of increasing foreign tourist arrivals in the Philippines, the Philippine Embassy in Bangkok is ramping up its tourism campaign among Thais and other foreign visitors by unveiling the It’s More Fun in the Philippines (IMFP) exhibition at “the gallery @ 760 sukhumvit road,” on June 27.

The exhibition consists of 15 colorful photos featuring top Philippine sites, IMFP logo, and its Thai translation printed on tarpaulins. The tarpaulins are mounted on steel frames that were attached to the Embassy’s perimeter wall along Sukhumvit Road.

Five (5) of the tarpaulins contain a quick response (QR) code that directs a smart phone user to the IMFP website.

The exhibition is visible to thousands of pedestrians and motorists daily.

It is the first time that the Embassy’s perimeter fence is being used as a gallery.
