PH Ambassador to Argentina Presents Copies of Her Credentials

BUENOS AIRES 09 March 2023 — The new Philippine Ambassador to Argentina, Grace T. Cruz-Fabella, presented the open copies of her credentials to Dr. Maria Jimena Rivero, National Director of Ceremonials of the Argentina Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship on 07 March 2023 at the Foreign Ministry Chancery.
During the meeting, they discussed the commemoration of 75 years of bilateral relations between the Philippines and Argentina this August 2023 and the opportunities to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the countries.
Ambassador Cruz-Fabella mentioned that she was honored to represent the Philippines in Argentina, a country with deep historical and cultural links with the Philippines because of the common Hispanic heritage.
The Ambassador mentioned that she would be working towards arranging visits by Filipino high-level officials to Argentina and looked forward to working closely with the Argentine Foreign Ministry.
Before being appointed as Philippine Ambassador to Argentina, Ambassador Cruz-Fabella previously served as, among others, Assistant Secretary of the Office of Policy Planning and Coordination at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Host Economy Representative at the APEC Secretariat in Singapore, Minister and Consul General in the Philippine Embassy in Rome, Italy. She has been in the Philippine Foreign Service for 27 years. END
