17 June 2014 – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh recently visited the 2^nd Industrial City for its 3^rd consular outreach mission in the area and the 20^th outreach mission in the whole of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the year.

The six-member consular team, headed by Administrative Officer Manuel B.  Duran, Jr., was able to process 290 applications for passport renewal.  The one-day activity was intended to serve 250 male applicants without an online appointment.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the outreach mission also distributed client feedback forms to 290clients, of which 210respondedas follows:

The next “Embassy on Wheels” will be in Al Khobar from July 11 to 12. The Embassy will return to the 2^nd Industrial City on August 30.  END
