Minister of Tolerance Sheikh Nahyan Affirms FIlipinos are Valued and Appreciated in UAE 

ABU DHABI 23 March 2023 – H.E. Alfonso Ver, Philippine Ambassador to the UAE, called on H.E. Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Tolerance Nahyan on 22 March 2023 to extend greetings of peace on the eve of Ramadan, and to convey appreciation for the UAE Government's warm hospitality to the growing Filipino community. H.E. Minister Nahyan responded by highlighting that the UAE is grateful and recognizes the contributions of the Filipino community to the UAE from the time the nation was founded. 

They discussed the ever-expanding and robust bilateral relations between the Philippines and the UAE, and agreed that this is rooted in the abiding friendship and close ties between Filipinos and the people of the UAE.
