South African Deputy Foreign Minister Signs Condolence Book for the Late Former Foreign Affairs Secretary Del Rosario

PRETORIA 27 April 2023 — Deputy Foreign Minister Candith Mashego-Dlamini of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) visited the Embassy chancery on 24 April 2023 to sign the book of condolence on the passing of former Secretary of Foreign Affairs Albert F. del Rosario.

Conveying the condolences of the South African government, the Deputy Minister said that the former Secretary “was a strong supporter of the sovereignty of the Philippines and the protection of overseas Filipinos.” END
