PH Participates in ASEAN Cooperation on Civil Service Matters (ACCSM) Meetings in Brunei
BRUNEI, 29 May 2023 – The Philippines’ Civil Service Commission (CSC) attended the preparatory meeting and senior officials meeting for the 22nd ASEAN Cooperation on Civil Service Matters (ACCSM) in Brunei Darussalam from 09 to 10 May 2023. Brunei hosted the meetings in their capacity as Chair of the ACCSM for two years, from 2023 to 2024.
The Philippine Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam Marian Jocelyn R. Tirol-Ignacio met with the delegates, headed by Asst. Commissioner Victoria F. Esber, and hosted a dinner in their honor. They discussed the current initiatives of the CSC as well as the previous implementation of the Anti-Red Tape Act, such as the ARTA Caravan, which now resides with the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) under the Office of President. Also, part of the Philippine delegation are Director Katherine C. Limare-Delmoro and Ms. Claudine Veronica C. Marquez-Babelonia. END
