AFP Delegation in Hawaii to Plan for 2024 Balikatan

PHOTO: A delegation from the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) led by Major General Noel Beleran (5th from right), Deputy Chief of Staff for Education, Training & Doctrine, met with Consul General Emil Fernandez (5th from left) at the Philippine Consulate in Honolulu last June 26.  The group is in Hawaii to participate in the Balikatan 2024 Concept Development Conference, being held at the headquarters of the U.S. Marine Forces Pacific in Camp Smith, Aiea.  Also forming part of the Philippine delegation was Major General Marvin Licudine, Commander of the AFP Education, Training & Doctrine Command (4th from left).
