PH Ambassador Attends Reception Hosted by their Majesties the King and Queen of Sweden

STOCKHOLM 03 July 2023 – Philippine Ambassador to Sweden Maria Lumen B. Isleta attended a reception hosted by Their Majesties King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia at the Royal Palace on 21 June 2023. HRH Victoria, Crown Princess of Sweden and Duchess of Västergötland and HRH Prince Daniel Duke of Västergötland were also in attendance. 

During the exchanges with the Royals, Ambassador Isleta discussed issues on climate change that affect both Sweden and the Philippines, and environmental protection, and the Boy Scout movement (H.M. King Carl XVI Gustaf is the Honorary President of the World Scout Foundation).

Also in attendance were the Ambassadors of Nigeria, Belgium, Germany, and Israel. END.
