PH Ambassador and Qatar Fund for Development Director General Meet to Explore Ways to Strengthen Bilateral Cooperation

QATAR 06 July 2023 — Philippine Ambassador to the State of Qatar Lillibeth V. Pono met with Ambassador Khalifa bin Jassim Al-Kuwari, Director General of Qatar Development Fund, on 26 June 2023 to discuss ways on strengthening cooperation.

The two officials exchanged views on issues of mutual concern, including ways to further enhance bilateral cooperation in the future. 

Ambassador Pono also thanked QFFD for its previous humanitarian assistance to the Philippines, including the provision of relief to the victims of Typhoon Paeng in May 2023. END
