Burnaby City Hall Features the Philippines

BURNABY 10 July 2023 – In commemoration of the Filipino Heritage Month in Canada, the City Hall of Burnaby dedicated a corner featuring the Philippines for the whole month of June 2023.
Philippine Consul General to Vancouver Arlene T. Magno and Consul Analyn D. Ratonel visited the City Hall on 04 July 2023. The corner, which was put together by the Power of Threee and the Mabuhay House Society, featured Fun Facts About the Philippines, flag and map of the country, landscape painting and several artifacts that represent the Philippines.
This was the first time that the Philippines was showcased at the City Hall of Burnaby. END
