PH Embassy in Jakarta Opens Sentro Rizal Library for Students and Stakeholders

JAKARTA 12 July 2023 –– Students, researchers, and other interested individuals are now welcome to visit the Sentro Rizal Library in the Philippine Embassy in Jakarta to browse its modest collection of books, Filipiniana items, and other reference materials about the Philippines, its people, history, and culture.

The Sentro Rizal Library is currently made up of more than 600 individual items from four hundred unique bibliographic entries recorded and managed through an open source library management system.

Following its opening to the public, Indonesian and Filipino students from Mercu Buana University, Jakarta and from International Association of Youth and Students for Peace - Asia Pacific (IAYSP) recently visited the library. END
