PH Ambassador Meets with Mayor of Tel Aviv 

Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai and Ambassador Pedro R. Laylo, Jr. met at the Tel Aviv City Hall on 06 July 2023.

TEL AVIV 01 August 2023 – Philippine Ambassador to Israel Pedro R. Laylo, Jr. met recently with Mr. Ron Huldai, Mayor of Tel Aviv, to discuss possible areas of collaboration.

Ambassador Laylo was accompanied by Madame Carijane Laylo, and Third Secretary and Vice Consul Teri Bautista, and Political Attaché Wendy Cruz, both of the Philippine Embassy.

Ambassador Laylo thanked Mayor Huldai for his support for the Embassy’s various activities and for the Municipality’s inclusion of all foreign residents, including diplomats and migrant workers, in its social services programs designed to assist all sectors of the community. 

Mayor Huldai, in turn, said that the Municipality is open to providing any assistance the Embassy may need. END
