PH Consulate General in Milan Screens Film by Jose Javier Reyes

MILAN 15 August 2023 - In celebration of the Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa, the Philippine Consulate General in Milan, in cooperation with the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP), screened “Ano ang Kulay ng mga Nakalimutang Pangarap?” by Jose Javier Reyes on 10 August 2023. 

The film tells the story of Teresa, a housemaid who has served a middle-class family for 60 years, who faced an uncertain future when the family patriarch passed away.

The screening was attended by more than fifty members of the Filipino community who were touched by the fate of Teresa and expressed their sympathy for the predicament of the aging family nanny. 

This is the second film to be featured in the Sinehan sa Konsulado, a monthly film screening project of the Consulate and FDCP. END
