Philippine Ambassador Presents Credentials to Sri Lanka President

DHAKA 05 November 2023 – Philippine Ambassador to the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, with residence in Bangladesh, Leo Tito L. Ausan, Jr., presented his letter of credence to President of Sri Lanka Ranil Wickremesinghe in a brief ceremony held at the President’s Pavilion, the official residence of Sri Lanka’s Head of State, in Kandy, Sri Lanka on 05 November 2023.

During the ceremony, Ambassador Ausan expressed the Philippines’ readiness to strengthen and deepen bilateral relations with Sri Lanka. 

Ambassador Ausan was joined by nine other Heads of Missions accredited to the Government of Sri Lanka. END
