‘Love The Philippines’ Tourism Brand Unveiled through Tram Wraps in Sydney
SYDNEY 02 January 2023 – The Philippine Department of Tourism in Sydney, in partnership with the Philippine Consulate General in Sydney, launched the Philippines’ tourism brand ‘Love The Philippines’ through the unveiling of tram wraps in Sydney on 22 December 2023.
The Philippine Consulate General in Sydney team led by Philippine Consul General to Sydney Charmaine Rowena C. Aviquivil, together with Philippine Tourism Representative Purificacion Molintas, Australian Philippines Business Council (APBC) President Mr. Rafael Toda, and APBC Director John Tantoco viewed the tram wraps and boarded one along Circular Quay, Sydney.
The tram campaign's route ply from Sydney city center to Kingsford, Randwick, and Dulwich Hill.
As of 19 December 2023, the Philippines received over 5 million international visitors with Australians as the fifth largest market of arrivals with 247,744 following South Korea, USA, Japan, and China. END
