DFA Repatriates Filipina Comatose Survivor in Russia

MOSCOW 03 January 2024 – The Department of Foreign Affairs, through the Philippine Embassy in Moscow, Russian Federation, facilitated the repatriation of a 63-year-old Filipina in Moscow, who was previously in comatose state and was hospitalized for almost a month.
All expenses related to her repatriation, including airfare, medical escort, and all documents and clearances, were arranged by the Philippine Embassy in Moscow and funded through the Assistance-To-Nationals Fund.
The overseas worker arrived in the Philippines and was reunited with her family on 28 December 2023. END
