Hernando Iriberri, Commanding General of the Philippine Army, places a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at the Arlington National Cemetery near Washington, D.C. on Monday, June 30. General Iriberri is in the United States upon the invitation of US Army Chief of Staff Gen. Raymond Odierno.
