02 July 2014 - The Philippine Embassy in Athens, Greece sent a consular team to Cyprus from June 26 to 30.

The five-member consular team, in cooperation of the Office of the Philippine Honorary Consul in Nicosia and with the assistance of some members of the Overseas Filipino Volunteers Cyprus, processed a total of 662 e-Passport applications and othe consular services.

The team, which included a Pag-IBIG representative, also conducted consultations with the Filipino community on dual citizenship, change of status from single to married, especially for Filipinas married to Cypriot nationals, registration of births for single parent, and membership contributions to Pag-IBIG, OWWA, and others.
