07 July 2014 – Philippine Ambassador to Turkey Maria Rowena M. Sanchez met with Turkey’s Defense Minister İsmet Yılmaz on June 24 in connection with the inaugural Philippines-Turkey Joint Economic Commission (JEC) that will work to help bilateral trade relations reach their full potential.  Minister Yılmaz is Turkey's designated Co-Chair of the JEC, the counterpart of Trade and Industry Secretary Gregory Domingo.  END
