PH Ambassador Presents Letter of Credence to the President of Maldives
DHAKA 04 July 2024 – Philippine Ambassador to the Republic of Maldives, with residence in Bangladesh, Leo Tito L. Ausan, Jr., presented his letter of credence to Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, President of Maldives, in a short ceremony held on 01 July 2024 at the President’s Office in Malé.
During the ceremony, Ambassador Ausan mentioned areas to enhance cooperation between the two countries, including trade, addressing the impacts of climate change, and tourism.
Ambassador Ausan was joined by five other Heads of Missions accredited to the Government of Maldives. END
