10 July 2014 – Philippine Ambassador to Turkey Maria Rowena Mendoza Sanchez participated in the diplomatic trip to Samtskhe-Javakheti Region for Resident and Non-Resident Ambassadors accredited to Georgia from May 23 to 24.

The program included a briefing on Georgia's foreign policy, economic development, infrastructural development, tourism promotion and energy development.

During the tour, the participating Ambassadors and Non-Resident Ambassadors had the opportunity to observe the significant developments in the Samtskhe-Javakheti Region with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and Foreign Minister Maia Panjikidze. END
