17 July 2014 - Newly appointed St John’s University President Conrado Gempesaw, PhD. (2nd from left) paid a courtesy call on Philippine Consul General Mario De Leon, Jr. (2nd from right) on July 11.
Dr. Gempesaw became the 17th President of St. John’s University in New York on July 1, the first layperson given the highest position in the institution. He is an accomplished scholar, teacher and administrator with almost three decades of academic experience. An alumnus of Ateneo De Davao University, Dr. Gempesaw was accompanied by his fellow Ateneans Atty.
