Four single-origin coffee varieties were presented during the event, as follows:

(2) Purok Pluto – Catimor Arabica from Mt. Apo (via espresso);
(3) Atok – Typica and Bourbon Arabica from Benguet (via Chemex); and
(4) Seguma – Robusta from Sultan Kudarat (via espresso)
These coffee varieties were paired with Filipino sweets - cassava cake and ube cake.
