04 August 2014 – Philippine Embassy officials led by Philippine Ambassador to Poland Patricia Ann V. Paez discussed the broadening of trade and investment relations between the Philippines and Poland during their meeting on July 18 with Foreign Undersecretary of State for Economic Cooperation Ms. Katarzyna Kacperczyk whose portfolio includes the conduct of Poland’s economic diplomacy.

Ambassador Paez gave a powerpoint presentation about the Philippines and the trade and investment opportunities for Polish entrepreneurs and investors and invited Undersecretary Kacperczyk to join the Polish Business/Economic Mission which Post is organizing together with the Polish Chamber of Commerce.

Undersecretary Kacperczyk was enthusiastic about it and offered to convene Poland’s leading entrepreneurs and investors so that Ambassador Paez could make a presentation before them sometime this year.

Deputy Director Michal Kolodziejski and Minister Counsellor Dr. Zygmunt Langer were also present during the meeting. END
