IFR is an integrating course that gives students a chance to look at selected development projects/programs and assess field results versus project design. For 2014, the IFR will study selected projects of the Lao PDR Government financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Through the guidance of ADB, 10 sites have been selected for the students to visit from August 12 to 19.
