09 September 2014 – A Philippine trade delegation led by Captain Noel Felicia, CEO of Seahorse International, paid a courtesy call on Nigerian President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on June 19. Philippine Ambassador to Nigeria Alex V. Lamadrid accompanied the delegation during the call.

Capt. Noel Felicia made a presentation to President Jonathan and other high ranking officials of the Nigerian government including the Minister of Trade and Investment and the Minister of Transport, on the services offered by Seahorse International, a Philippine-based company that offers services such as including cargo monitoring, security and surveillance, mining, and oil and gas trading.
