MILAN

15 September 2014 - The Philippine Consulate General in Milan conducted a two-day consular outreach at the Parrochia Sant’Agostino, Modena, Italy from September 6 and 7.

The event was attended by Filipinos residing in Modena and nearby towns in the Emilia Romagna region, where the consular team, supervised by Vice Consul Helen Anne Sayo, provided services for passport renewal, civil registrations, notarials, and overseas voters registration. Also present in the outreach mission were the attached agencies, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Pag-IBIG Fund, and Social Security System (SSS), which provided their respective services.

A total of 378 consular services were rendered for the two-day event: 303 e-Passports, 50 notarials, and 25 other services. There were also 138 Filipinos who registered for overseas voting.

The Philippine Consulate General regularly conducts outreach missions to provide consular services to Filipinos who live in distant areas outside Milan.
