29 October 2014 – Philippine Ambassador to Thailand Jocelyn Batoon-Garcia called on Phayao provincial Governor Chuchart Geelapang on October 21 to introduce incoming Philippine Honorary Consul Agkarajit Phanomvan Na Ayudhya, who is based in Chiang Mai province. Mr. Agkarajit will have concurrent jurisdiction over the provinces of Phayao, Chiang Rai, Lampang, Lamphun, Mae Hong Son, Nan, Phrae, and Uttaradit. END
