3 November 2014 - The Philippine Consulate General concluded a two-day consular service outreach in the Veneto region of Italy from October 25 to 26 in the cities of Mestre and Padua respectively.
The mobile team, headed by Vice Consul Helen Anne Sayo, processed 247 passports, 94 notarials, 137 new overseas absentee voter (OAV) registrants, and 26 other services, bringin a total of 504 services rendered for the two-day outreach. Applicants were also able to process their documents with partner agencies such as the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Social Security System (SSS) and Pag-IBIG.
The Filipino communities in Mestre and Padua expressed their appreciation to the Consulate General for the organized and fast processing of applications.
The next consular outreach will be held in Genoa, Italy this November 15. END
