3 November 2014 - The Philippine candidate to the Miss Princess of the World Competition, Ms. Janice Jane Cruz Flores, met with Philippine Ambassador to the Czech Republic Victoriano M. Lecaros at the Gala Presentation of the Princess of the World, which was held on October 10 at the Cez Arena, Ostrava, Czech Republic.

Ms. Flores was among the forty (40) princesses from all over the world who vied for the title of 2014 Miss Princess of the World. Czech celebrities, businessmen, members of the Diplomatic Corps including Ambassador Lecaros, and national representatives from each participating country comprised the Board of Judges.

The Gala presentation showcased the girls’ beauty, poise and tip-top form in the parade of national costumes, long gowns and swimsuits.

Ms. Flores, a former sales and marketing assistant at the Discovery Leisure and Company, was a graduate of the John Robert Powers School which specializes in personality development and executive skills such as speech, modeling and acting.

Ms. Zambia was crowned Miss Princess of the World followed by runner-ups, Ms. Czech Republic and Ms. Argentina.

The Miss Princess of the World is an international contest open to girls from 16 to 23 years of age who possess beauty, good communication skills, natural charm and a good knowledge of computers. END
