The pilot program offered the following services to the Filipino community in Lamma Island:
• Passport Processing and Passport Appointments;
• Assistance-to-Nationals;
• Overseas Voters Registration (OVR);
• Civil Registry;
• Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) Issuance and Labor Consultations;
• OWWA Contract Processing and Membership;
• Psycho-Social Counseling;
• Pag-IBIG Membership and Programs; and
• Social Security System (SSS) Membership and Programs.
The Filipino community in Lamma Island, led by Ms. Catherine Marsden, co-organized, hosted and served as the conduit of the project.
