14 November 2014 – The Philippine Consulate General is hosting the third in the series “Art @Philcongen” featuring the works of Nelia and Frank Tonido of the Philippine Artists Group, with  Philippine Ambassador to Canada Petronila P. Garcia as guest of honor at the opening on November 07.
