20 November 2014 - The ASEAN Women’s Circle (AWC) Jakarta organized a One Day Bazaar with the theme, “One Vision, One Identity, One Community” on November 07 at the ASEAN Hall, ASEAN Secretariat. 

Madame Yasmin Fachir, wife of Indonesian Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdurrahman Mohammad Fachir, was the guest of honor at the opening ceremony of the bazaar. 

ASEAN Embassies, Missions and Dialogue Partners took part in the bazaar. The Philippines showcased and sold buntal ladies bags, dried mangoes and ladies’ accessories. Funds raised from the bazaar will go to various charitable institutions in Indonesia.

The President of AWC, Madame Sabai Win of Myanmar also delivered her remarks. The ceremony was attended by the members of the AWC, Senior Officials of the ASEAN Secretariat, and the diplomatic community. END
