Mahilum-West and spouse Mr. John West led the Philippine Consulate General’s participation in the yearly celebration of “Toronto Paskuhan Festival”. The day-long event on November 16 aptly titled  “Paskuhan Village at the Barns” was  held at Wychwood Barns, a heritage building that was the  city’s  transit facility  in 1913 and converted into a community center  and a hub for the arts in mid-town Toronto. END
