01 December 2014 – The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco conducted a consular outreach mission from November 22 to 23 at the FilAm Center in Fresno, and in Seafood City Marketplace in Concord, California.

The consular outreach team was able to process 117 passport renewals and 3 lost passport applications. Fifty-five (55) citizenship reacquisition petitions were processed, including three dependents.  Under notarials, 58 acknowledgements were issued, five affidavits / certifications, four reports of birth and three reports of marriage were processed. The team was also able to process 130 new overseas voter registrants.

Volunteers from X-clusive Marketing, Inc. assisted the Consulate during the outreach in Concord.  Vice Consul Carlyn Monastrial was invited by the management of Seafood City to light the Christmas tree at the venue after the outreach.

The consular mission was composed of Vice Consul Monastrial who was team leader and signing officer.  Mr. Jaime Bilar was collecting officer; Ms. Hermenigilda Carino and Ms. Dianne Sarmago were e-Passport officers, Mr. Fernando Clavecilla was legal/civil registry officer, Mr. Juancho Rillo was dual citizenship officer and alternative driver, while Mr. Manolito Lucido was driver and releasing officer.  Mr Erwin Gret was VRM operator.
