3 December 2014 – The biggest players in the Philippine real estate industry were present during the 4th Philippine Property Expo held in Singapore Expo on November 28.  Agents of Ayala Premier, SM Development Corporation, Megaworld, Century Properties Vista Land, Sta. Lucia Realty, South Forbes by Cathayland and Greenfield Properties were on hand to answer the questions of Filipinos and Singaporeans on investing in real estate.

Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Antonio A. Morales delivered a short message to encourage Filipinos to invest in real estate in the Philippines. 

 “When you invest in real estate, you are not the only one that will benefit from your investment, but you actually infuse more capital into the Philippine economy and create more jobs for Filipinos,” Ambassador Morales stressed. But the Ambassador cautioned against investing without proper research and advised the audience “not to take his word but to do their own research about the properties they are planning to purchase and to buy only from reputable companies such as those present during the Property Expo.”

Filipino media personality and sought-after motivational speaker Anthony Pangilinan also delivered a talk on the fundamentals of investing. END
