05 December 2014 – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully conducted its 10-day special “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) passport renewal outreach mission from November 02 to 06, and from November 23 to 27 at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Al Khobar.

The 10-day exercise, which was by appointment only, was conducted to address the large demand for passport renewal services by Filipinos living and working in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

In line with the Embassy’s program to improve its services, the EOW team distributed 1,315 client feedback forms and 1,114 (84.7%) were returned.  The following were the results of the survey:
