10 December 2014 – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully conducted an “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) mobile consular activity in Al-Khobar from November 28 to 29. Held at the Al-Jazeera International School, the Embassy’s outreach initiative processed a total of 405 e-Passport renewal applications.

The EOW team, composed of seven Embassy personnel, was also able to process 47 passport extensions, 16 reports of birth (ROB), 7 lost passports, 247 notarial applications and 2 travel document issuances.

Three members of the EOW team provided overseas voters registration services during the consular outreach activity. One hundred eighty-nine Filipinos registered during the first day and another 90 on day two, for a total of 279 Filipinos registering as overseas voters in two days.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the outreach mission distributed 300 Client Feedback forms, out of which, 191 forms were accomplished. The following were the results of the survey:
