15 December 2014 - To establish strong camaraderie among personnel, the officers and staff of the Philippine Embassy in Jakarta visited the Museum Perumusan Naskah Proklamasi on November 14. The activity was also is in line with the celebration the 65th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral relations between the Philippines and Indonesia.
The Museum visit enhanced the awareness of the Embassy personnel regarding the history of Indonesia. The Museum Perumusan Naskah Proklamasi Staff for Education, Ibu Wahyuni, conducted a tour for the Embassy personnel around the Museum. The building which played a role during the formulation of the independence proclamation text in 1945 was converted into a museum in 1984 by the Minister of Education and Culture at that time, Nugroho Notosusanto.
