29 December 2014 - To further bolster its ongoing health awareness campaign, the Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong SAR, in cooperation with the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation, organized a breast cancer screening for Filipino nationals at the Consulate General’s premises on November 09.

Fifty-seven (57) Filipinas attended the screening session. Two of them were recommended to undergo additional ultrasound tests after lumps were detected in their breasts.

All the participants had to undergo a free mammography test before going back to the Consulate General last December 14, when the staff of the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation discussed the results of their tests.  END
