22 January 2015 – Philippine Consul General Henry S. Bensurto, Jr. and his wife Mrs. Mariza Bensurto visit the Philippine pavilion at the Winter Fancy Food Show, held from January 11 to 13 at the Moscone Center.

With the theme “FoodPhilippines: Taste by Design,” 16 Philippine food exporters participated in the show, joining  over 1,400 exhibitors from all over the world, as well as US local food producers and manufacturers.  The Winter Fancy Food Show is the largest specialty food and beverage show in the US West Coast. It was the second time the Philippines participated with its own pavilion. 

Heading the Philippine delegation was Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) Executive Director Rosario Virginia “Rosvi” Gaetos headed the delegation, assisted by Philippine Trade Commissioner Jojie Dinsay.  END
