10 February 2015 - La Salle Academy Iligan President Brother Felipe Belleza, FSC visited Abuja, Nigeria from January 31 to February 04 to explore possible people-to-people exchanges between La Salle Schools in the Philippines and students from West Africa, particularly in the field of education and sports.

The increasing number of students from West Africa studying in the Philippines, with a considerable number of them enrolled in La Salle Schools, prompted Bro. Belleza to visit Nigeria.

His visit, although short, proved to be productive as he was able to interact with students who expressed interest in studying in the Philippines.

While in Abuja, the Lasallian Brother witnessed the oath-taking ceremony of the Embassy’s  Vice Consul Ralf Roldan as Foreign Service III. END
