18 February 2015 – Philippine Ambassador to Belgium and Luxembourg and Head of the Philippine Mission to the European Union (EU) Victoria S. Bataclan and Permanent Representative of Latvia to the EU Ambassador Ilze Juhansone signed the Protocol to the Framework Agreement on Partnership and Cooperation (PCA) between the European Union and the Philippines, in consideration of Croatia’s Accession to the EU on January 19.

Ambassador Juhansone signed the Protocol Agreement on behalf of Croatia and the rest of the Member States of the European Union as Latvia holds the presidency of the Council of the EU from January 01 to June 30.  END
