04 March 2015 - The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh held its 6th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) this year at the Al Jazeera International School in Dammam in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia from February 27 to 28.
The five-member EOW team, headed by Philippine Consul General Marshall Louis M. Alferez and ably assisted by the Filipino community in Al Khobar, was able to process 534 passport applications, 273 notarial services, 18 birth registrations, 63 passport extensions, and four travel documents, as well as release 1,293 new passports.
As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the team conducted a client feedback survey to 550 clients, of which 63.5% responded.
