05 March 2015 – Philippine Ambassador to Mexico Catalino R. Dilem, Jr. presented a Certificate of Recognition signed by Philippine Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert F. del Rosario and a silver pin to Philippine Honorary Vice Consul to Guadalajara Martha Mejia de Castañeda for having dedicated 20 years of loyal and committed service to the Department of Foreign Affairs.

In the brief but emotional ceremony on February 25, Ambassador Dilem expressed the Department’s deep appreciation for the faithful and diligent service to the Philippine government given by Vice Consul, a.h. Martha Mejia de Castañeda.  The Vice Consul articulated that she considers it an honor to serve the Philippines and will continue to do so to the best of her abilities. END
