30 March 2015 – Philippine Consul General Gina Jamoralin visited on March 21 the Seafood City Supermarket located at Farrington Highway in Waipahu, Hawaii, the newest addition to the Seafood City Supermarket chain of supermarkets across the United States. The Seafood City Supermarket in Hawaii opened last year and has since been serving the Filipino community in Hawaii with its one stop shopping destination that includes a supermarket, restaurants, bakeshops and other establishments. Consul General Jamoralin expressed appreciation for Seafood City Supermarket’s support and cooperation for projects with the Filipino community and the Philippine Consulate in Hawaii aimed at promoting Philippine cuisine and products in Hawaii, where Filipinos constitute the largest ethnic group.
