31 March 2015 - The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh recently visited Al Khobar for its 11th Embassy on Wheels (EOW) consular outreach mission this year.

The mission provided a total of 1,299 consular services to the Filipinos in the Eastern Province from March 27 to 28 at the Al Jazeera International School Dammam.

The five-member Embassy team led by Vice Consul Maria Angelica C. Genotiva processed 388 passport renewals, 34 passport extensions, 350 notarials/authentication, 21 reports of birth, and extended 2 travel documents. The team also released 506 new e-Passports. The team was augmented by volunteers from the Filipino community in the Eastern province.

Three members of the Embassy also provided overseas voters registration services during the consular outreach.  They provided a total of 332 services—registered 292 new voters, certified 39 and reactivated one voter registration.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the outreach mission also distributed client feedback forms to 300 clients, of which 134 responded as follows:
